Know Your Team
Join our presenter and learn more about the personalities that make up any Dragon Boat Team. Come and enjoy learning about how to communicate effectively with all personality types. Knowing about this can help make your team stronger and improve co-operation!

Laughter Is The Best Medicine
We all know laughter is a very important tool in managing life and stress. Join our guest speaker and get in touch with your inner child and have a laugh doing so!

Land (A) or Water (B) Exercising
Join one of our classes and learn how to get the most out of land or water exercising! Gentle and safe, these effective stretches will help you get the most out of your exercise time. Participants must choose one or the other.

Drum for Joy
Join our guest presenter to learn more about this approach to wellness. Participants will have the opportunity to listen and try out drumming and experience the first-hand benefits of beating a drum.

Coping With Loss
Join our presenter and learn more about coping with the loss of team members. Gentle exploration of how best to remember and honor these women will help provide present and future benefits to all teams.
